Payouts & Request Debit

All payouts in LedgerBlock follow a two-step process:

1. Initiate — Creates the payout request and validates the transaction details.
2. Confirm — Confirms the initiated payout and completes the transaction.

Both steps are required for a payout to be successfully processed.

The Request Debit step is used to initiate the debit from the user's wallet before the payout is confirmed.

The typical payout flow is:

Initiate Payout → Request Debit → Confirm Payout

Note: A payout should not be considered completed after initiation alone. The payout must go through the required confirmation step before it is finalized.
