Finalize PIN Creation

This endpoint completes the wallet PIN setup by validating the OTP sent during the PIN authorization step and setting the user's wallet PIN.

The user_ref, new pin, and valid otp_code are required to successfully complete the PIN creation process.

`pin`	String	The wallet PIN the user wants to set.
`otp_code`	String	The OTP sent to the user's registered email to authorize PIN creation.
