Authorize PIN (Security for Payout)

This endpoint initiates the wallet PIN setup process by sending a one-time password (OTP) to the user's registered email address.

The OTP is used to verify that the user is authorized to set up a PIN for their wallet. The OTP must be successfully verified before the PIN creation process can be completed.
