Wallet-to-Wallet Payouts

LedgerBlock supports three types of wallet-to-wallet payouts:

1. Wallet Transfer — Transfers funds directly from one LedgerBlock wallet to another wallet.
2. Wallet Transfer to Phone — Transfers funds from a LedgerBlock wallet to a phone-based wallet.
3. Request Debit — Allows a debit request to be initiated against a user's wallet as part of the payout process.

Each payout type follows the required initiate and confirm flow where applicable.
